What we collect
We collect the personal information necessary to deliver PSW staffing services — names, contact details, household or facility addresses, care-plan notes, and (for PSWs) credentials, references, and immunisation records.
How we use it
Personal information is used to match PSWs to households and facilities, run scheduling and payroll, share written hand-off notes, and communicate placement updates. It is not sold, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we store and safeguard it
Records are kept in access-controlled systems with role-based permissions for the Care Coordinator team. Credential packages for PSWs are held in encrypted storage and shared with a facility only with the PSW’s knowledge.
Your rights
Families, facility operators, and PSWs may request access to the personal information we hold, ask for corrections, or request deletion subject to legal retention requirements. Contact a Care Coordinator to start the process.
